BGCDSB & St. Basil's Catholic School Presents: Get Ready For School

The Get Ready for School™ program is returning to St. Basil this winter Tuesdays & Thursdays starting January 14th 2025. Trained Instructors will help children get ready for Year 1 of Kindergarten. Children in the program will make friends, learn letter sounds, build vocabulary and develop classroom learning behaviours (e.g., lining up, taking turns). This FREE program is available to children born in 2021. To apply, visit Strong Start’s® website on November 1, 2024 www.strongstart.ca.

The Office of Evangelization and Catechesis is hosting a 4-week Fall Book Club, running Tuesdays from 1:00–2:00 p.m., beginning September 30th. Participants will receive commentary, reflection questions, prayer resources, and access to online video lectures upon registration.
