In accordance with Ontario Regulation 361/10, the Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board (BGCDSB) is seeking a qualified community member with financial expertise and business knowledge to join its Audit Committee for a three-year term starting in April 2025.

The Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board (BGCDSB) is pleased to announce the election of Trustee Lori Di Castri as Chair and Trustee Linda Strader as Vice-Chair for the 2024-2025 term. They both held these positions last year so their election this year will provide ongoing stability for the Board. Their leadership will continue to guide the board in its mission to provide quality Catholic education while fostering strong connections with students, families, and communities across the region.

It is with deep sorrow that we join the nation in mourning the passing of the Honourable Murray Sinclair, a remarkable advocate for Indigenous rights, justice, and reconciliation. His tireless work, especially as Chair of the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, illuminated the truths of Canada's history and laid the groundwork for meaningful reconciliation.

The Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board is excited to announce its second annual Regional Trades Fair, taking place this November in Owen Sound and Walkerton! These dynamic events are set to take place at St. Mary’s High School in Owen Sound on November 26th and Sacred Heart High School in Walkerton on November 27th. The public is warmly invited to join us from 4 to 6 PM in Owen Sound on November 26th for an inspiring evening of exploration into the world of skilled trades.

This is the workshop that every kindergarten family needs to attend. At the BWDSB and BGCDSB, we see ourselves as a ‘village.’ We want to work alongside every family so that we can come together to support your child to become their best selves.
