It is with a mixture of pride and heavy hearts that we announce the departure of Papy Mukenge, our Acting Superintendent of Education. Papy has accepted a new opportunity as Superintendent of Education with the Bluewater District School Board (BWDSB), effective August 10, 2026.

As the winter season progresses, the Board is clarifying its procedures to help families navigate the differences between bus cancellations and full school closures, while providing optional, flexible learning paths for students.
